Mr. Boustred designed
the core IT-I2™ network architecture & developed the first three revisions
of the IT Server™, IT Set™ & IT Studio™. Additionally he structured &
developed InfoTelesys' highly advanced global business & corporate
architecture, drafting the corporate articles & primary contracts;
Negotiated & established key corporate contracts; The BOS/GOS & PPM
distributed management & motivation systems that InfoTelesys successfully
deployed were developed by Mr. Boustred in addition to conceiving the
company’s domains, trademarks, marketing, ITISP™ program & Get IT Companies.
The majority of the company’s presentations & positioning documents were
developed by Mr. Boustred who also built the companies financial & P&L

InfoTelesys was
interrupted by a governmental assault coupled with an acrimonious divorce
during deployment. InfoTelesys & Mr. Boustred sued the government & won,
however the government refused to follow the law or pay damages and
retaliated by illegally evicting Mr. Boustred from his home and ordering
that he not communicate with his children. It appears the banking and
education systems Mr. Boustred developed undermined key corruption in the US
government. Many of the systems and structure developed in InfoTelesys have
are now benefiting other companies, while Mr. Boustred has learned valuable
lessons in how to build future business so as to avoid government
corruption.

Mr. Boustred was hired
into Teknekron after he utilized Teknekron middleware to build Intuit’s
Automated Financial Services banking system. Mr. Boustred was responsible
for directing strategic planning & marketing for the commoditization of TIB
middleware. He was responsible for steering product strategy & architecture
with respect to customer expectations & market requirements. The company
redirected operations along the strategies Mr. Boustred developed and
